Our clinicians are trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standards for treating anxiety disorders and OCD. When symptoms are severe or progress feels stuck, our intensive sessions offer a short-term boost in support. Clients receive multiple ERP-based sessions per week, without leaving their home or routine.
